Improving experimental and development accuracy with a high-performance small-scale vertical furnace for experiments

Problem
A horizontal furnace was being used for product testing, but poor in-plane temperature distribution accuracy resulted in poor test results. This initiated a search for an inexpensive furnace with good thermal performance.
Solution
- We suggested the Model VF-1000 as optimal for test applications thanks to its excellent value. At the same time, it kept the production process very similar to that of a vertical furnace for production and narrowed down the other specification to the bare minimum.
Results
- This enabled tests to be performed with high accuracy at low cost.
