Acquisition of Personal Information and Notification/Official Announcement of Purpose of Use
JTEKT THERMO SYSTEMS Co., LTD. (hereinafter called “the Company”) will, as stated below, make efforts to conduct safe and proper handling of personal information of all the people including those customers served by us (hereinafter called “Personal Information”), recognizing the importance of utilization and protection of Personal Information in the information society.
Purpose of Use
- The Company will acquire Personal Information in a suitable manner in doing so.
- The Company will notify the said person about the purpose of use or officially announce it in advance, in acquiring Personal Information. Also, in the event that the Company acquires Personal Information directly from the said person in writing or on WEB site, it will specify the purpose of use in advance. - Operation of the skill and training school
Joint Use
The Company will use Personal Information acquired by it jointly with its group companies, within the scope to accomplish the purposes of use. In this case, the Company will properly supervise such joint users.
Management of Personal Information
In order to prevent the acquired Personal Information from leakage, loss, damage or unauthorized access, the Company will make efforts to protect Personal Information retained by it, by implementing appropriate measures for safety management in accordance with laws and regulations, guidelines and the Company’s internal rules. Contact information is as stated bellow in the event that the said person or his/her representative desires to refer to, modify or suspend use of his/her Personal Information.
