Problem
Rapid cooling is required as a processing condition, but it takes a long cooling time in a general horizontal furnace.
Solution
Proposed a horizontal furnace system in which the heater automatically moves laterally so that the quartz tube can be exposed to the atmosphere after the heat treatment is completed, allowing rapid cooling.
Results
Rapid cooling process was verified and development insights were gained.
