With this series, a high maximum operating temperature of 600℃ is available, together with a nitrogen (N2) atmosphere that yields low oxygen (O2) concentration of 20 ppm.
These products have been delivered in large quantities for degreasing of ceramic parts (*) and various anti-oxidation treatments.

It is recommended that these products be used in combination with heater-type exhaust gas treatment equipment.
A heat-resistant, high-performance filter and our unique cooling unit enable high-temperature baking in a clean environment (max. 530°C (max. 500°C for the V model)).

This equipment is designed to combust and decompose the gas containing organic compounds that is generated during heat treatments such as temporary sintering of ceramics and degreasing of electronic components. This gas, which is discharged from the heat treatment equipment as exhaust gas, has an irritating odor and is combustible.
This equipment adds fresh air to and purifies this exhaust gas at a maximum temperature of 850°C.
Exhaust gas deodorization improves the work environment. We recommend that this equipment be used as a set with an inert gas oven, a degreasing furnace, or a mesh belt type continuous furnace.
